Mission Statement
It is our mission to inspire and empower all workers so that we can take charge and improve both our working conditions and our lives. We must begin seriously to take back the power that we have given up to management and that means we must organize and form "closed shops" at our respective work establishments. Then we can wield our political clout and demand that the politicians we sent to Congress outlaw such unspeakables as "rightsizing" and restore peace of mind once again to America's workers. Better days are ahead!

Bill of Rights

In the interest of promoting the welfare of all workers, we hereby declare the following as basic rights:
  1. To work in an environment that is both safe and friendly

  2. To earn a liveable wage and have health benefits

  3. To be heard and to be responded to with courtesy

  4. To have our own viewpoint even if others have a different one.

  5. To have our feelings and experience respected

  6. To request and receive a sincere apology for any jokes we find offensive

  7. To question, seek information and be consulted about decisions that impact our jobs

  8. To work free from accusation and blame

  9. To work free from personal criticism and judgement

  10. To have our work and interests regarded with respect

  11. To receive encourgement in our career development

  12. To be called by no name that offends us

  13. To be respectfully asked rather than ordered

  14. To be treated with respect at all times

  15. To organize other employees on our personal time
